That little voice inside your head...

What is it, who it is? Is it my higher self? My spirit guide? Is it good self verses bad self? Whatever, whoever it is we have to stop and take notice. Gosh, this is so important if we are to lead the life we were meant to with ease as appose to always climbing up hill and never seeming to get anywhere. You know what voice I'm talking about? The one that peeps up and says, do not eat that bag of chips before bed - just before we open the bag. The voice that says RELAX and take a deep breath when we're running out of steam during a busy day. The little voice that tells you, you CAN do it when you're starting to doubt yourself. Now, I realize we are dealing with TWO voices in our heads. VOICE NUMBER ONE - the chattering mind, the YOU/EGO that makes everything seem impossible. The voice that puts you down, puts others down, is jealous and hateful and angry and in pain.... I could go on but you get the point. This voice needs to sit back - WAY BACK - and just let it ride - just be the SILENT watcher and not the ARROGANT NARRATOR. When you can silent this part of your self then hearing the other part is so much easier. VOICE NUMBER TWO - the higher self, as I like to call it. This is your spirit coming to the surface and helping you out, stepping in and taking control and TRYING to be heard. Your spirit has direct contact with your guide and can hear the messages the guide is trying to give you. You life chart was written for you before you were even born, you wrote it with the help of your teachers and guides on the other side, so that you might experience and learn the lessons that would most help your soul grow and expand. We are all so deep into this "soul school" that sometimes it is hard to step away and look at yourself and your life's purpose. If you can quiet your mind and listen to your heart/spirit/higher self then things get a whole lot easier. If you can get just a few minutes a day to sit and be still, meditate or just relax in order to let your thoughts melt away - you are becoming that much closer to your heart center. Usually before a message is sent to us we will get that GUT FEELING in our belly that tells us we should stop and pay attention. Then listen to see what the message is, you may be pleasantly surprised how easy it is when you know the signs and learn to listen with your heart.

Dreams....

I am a firm believer that any answer to any question we might have, we can find the answer in our dreams. Last night I received the words - "mankind is a manifestation of the ultimate test between good and evil." Of course it is, I just never saw it that way before. What a soul school we belong too - earth, the ultimate test - and if we do well the higher our soul evolves and the closer to source we become. I am reminded of a book I read not too long ago called "Journey of Souls", it was a documented study by a trained hypnotherapist of our life between lives, as souls. This book really opens your eyes about where we come from, and where we are going. Albeit, some of it was hard to swallow but overall it was a really enlightening read. I believe it is my spirit guide who speaks to me during my sleeping hours, it's the only way we have a clear line of communication. The dream world is my life line to the other side and I always look forward to the messages that are brought forth. This is a really good time to listen intently to our dreams and what they convey as the universe is VERY still at this time, realities are lucid and merging together. Personally I think that one day there will be no definite line between either, it feels though we are almost there!

Soul Activation/Remembrance Meditation

The eyes are the window through which the soul can see and be seen. It is there that we see the true essence of a person. The soul of every person is waiting to be remembered, to be resurrected and received from beneath the ego. The purpose of this meditation is to awaken the soul on so many levels. Once the soul is realized, then the path of the seeker is a much easier one. There is a clearer vision of what our purpose is, what we have come here to learn and experience, where we are going and where we are from. When the soul is heard and the ego is silent then the persons true self is revealed. In the meditation we gaze directly into each other's eyes and hold the contact for an extended period. What happens is the two souls are like magnets pulled up and out to reconnect and thrive in each other's light. As the souls unite a veil is lifted, guards are let down and the ego surrenders. Soul to soul and kindred spirit to kindred spirit one is able to experience a lightening of the SELF as though a detachment from the physical world takes place. The body is left feeling alive and energised and the soul awakened. Our souls are aching to be heard and healed now, so much more than ever before as time speeds up and we spiral back to source/God. With the help of one another and this meditation that healing can take place.

My Near Death Experience....

It was maybe 6 years ago and I was in a really terrible place in my life, alone and very down. I was searching for reasons to go on, pleading with God or something to save me from this mess I had created of my life to this point. I was laying in my bathtub, no water in there, just a safe little place for me to hide this night and I said that's it - I don't want to live anymore unless there is something for me to live for. I then got out of the tub, weak from hunger and terribly thin, tired and sad and crawled into bed. The next thing I know I'm above my body and I see myself laying on the bed and I am rising up and up - so light and free. I am aware only of the essence of myself, no body - just total awareness of BEING. I was then in a dark place and I was looking around and I could feel other's around me but I couldn't quite see them or make out what they were saying. Then I saw the light at the far end of the tunnel and it was the most beautiful and pure love I have ever witnessed and it pulled me in like a magnet as though I could not help myself. All I wanted was to go there like nothing I have ever wanted in my life and I knew this could not be wrong. It must be like how a baby feels in it's mother's arms, gazing up into her eyes for the first time - that light and intensity they share. Then I heard a voice to my left say, "Stephanie, what are you doing here?" And I looked to see my grandfather and he was concerned, I could tell he didn't agree with what was happening. He said, "it's not time yet for you - you have to go back." I was so hurt that I couldn't go forth, as though I was being rejected form something so wonderful - but I also knew that I had to listen to him.
Then with a jerk I was back into my body and awoke with the most intense hunger like I have never had in my life. I jumped out of bed and bolted to the fridge and started eating whatever I could find in there - it wasn't much. Then I realized what had happened...my life has never been the same. About a week later I met the love of my life, within a year and a half I was blessed with my first child and then my second. I never take life or anyone in my life for granted. I know that there is something out there far greater than we can even begin to realize and I have made it my life's purpose to set as many minds to rest as I can with this knowledge. All a soul has to do is remember from whence they came and where they are going... it is nothing to be frightened of - it is going home and going home is always a beautiful thing.
